Foodies Flock to Santa Fe - Food and Wine Expo Sunday

Do you have your Santa Fe Harvest Festival pass? This Sunday, I'll be at the Food and Wine Expo at the Eldorado Hotel and Spa. The event runs 1pm - 4pm. It's the first of its kind and it looks like fun!

The organizers are calling you! Food and wine lovers, don’t miss this Sunday afternoon epicurean extravaganza! Taste the specialties of top restaurants such as La Boca, Jambo Café and Epazote and Luminaria, as well as more than a dozen wineries. Exhibits featuring everything from cookware to coffee beans will make your early holiday shopping easy.

Meet celebrity chefs Sara Moulton, John Rivera Sedlar & Bradley Ogden, who will be signing their latest cookbooks: Sara Moulton’s Everyday FamilyDinners (Simon & Shuster); Tamales (John Wiley & Sons) Holiday Dinners with Bradley Ogden:150 Festive Recipes for Bringing Family and Friends Together (Running Press).

At the Silent Auction, you’ll find dozens of great gifts (or gifts for yourself), such as hotel & spa packages, a hand-made Turkish carpet, dinner prepared by professional chefs and more – all at incredible bargain prices! All proceeds go to benefit the educational programs of Cooking with Kids.

During the Grand Gourmet, you can also watch 10 of Santa Fe's best bartenders battle it out in the Bar Wars! finale to see who will take home the $1,000 cash prize!
